Payment

- Payment methods.

Payment should be made through one of the following options:

a) Multibanco Reference (Portuguese payment method)

b) MBWay payment (Portuguese payment method)

c) Cash on delivery (available for regular customers)

d) Bank transfer

e) PayPal (www.paypal.com) (available for customers outside Portugal)

 

- Payment by Multibanco Reference

Payments by Multibanco Reference can be made at:

- Multibanco ATMs: there are thousands of ATMs located throughout the country.

To make a payment at the ATM:

Select “Payments and other services”

Select “Payment of Services/Purchases“.

Enter the Entity, Reference, and the Amount to be paid (each reference is valid only for the indicated amount)

Confirm the Payment

The confirmation of your payment will be immediate.

- Home-Banking: comfortably at home, on your bank's website.

- MB SPOT: through MB SPOT channels and partner’s network.

- Bank cards: such as Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.

- Mobile phones: through MB Phone or TeleMultibanco or applications for Android, iOS, and Windows Phone, offered by the major banks in Portugal, or through physical or virtual POS (point of sale) terminals: by selecting the option for payments of services/purchases.

 

- Payment by MBWay

1 - Add the products you want to buy to your cart and proceed to the checkout area.

2 - Select the MBWay option and enter the mobile phone number associated with the service, and finally "Confirm Order".

3 - Next, you will receive a notification on your smartphone regarding the payment*.

4 - Finally, accept and enter your MBWay PIN or touch ID to complete the payment. The maximum time limit to confirm the payment of the purchase is up to 5 minutes**.

* - If you do not receive any notification on your smartphone, it may be that the phone number provided is not associated with the service or was entered incorrectly. In this case, you must contact 1BiT®Lab by email and request a new notification, sending us the order number and the correct phone number associated with the MBWay service.

** - If you exceed the time limit, the MBWay notification request expires. In this case, you must contact 1BiT®Lab by email and request a new notification, sending us the order number and the correct phone number associated with the MBWay service.

 

- Bank Transfer

Payment by bank transfer is subject to the following conditions:

1 - the transfer must be completed within 5 (five) consecutive days from the moment the order was confirmed. After this period, the order will be cancelled.

2 - to simplify the processing of your request, when possible, do not forget to include the order reference at the time of the bank transfer.

3 - you must send proof of the transfer operation, replying to the email "Waiting for Payment by Bank Transfer" to expedite the processing of the order (with information if the name of the account holder is different from the buyer's name), failing which the processing of the order will not be initiated without the banking operation being properly proven.

1BiT®Lab reserves the right not to send the order until the amounts for the purchases are satisfied and credited to its bank account.

 

- Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery)

Payment upon delivery (cash on delivery) has an additional cost and is only available for regular customers.

 

- PayPal (www.paypal.com)

Payment by PayPal, available for customers outside of Portugal.
