Orders paid by means of ATM (Multibanco), MBWay, Credit Card or Bank Transfer in which value is under 50€ (Fifty Euros), will have an additional shipping cost, said cost will be displayed on the page before finishing your order.

Orders which value is equal to or greater than 50€ (Fifty Euros), will not have an additional shipping cost if the delivery option is set to the Standard Shipment (CTT).

If you opt to choose another Delivery Service, meaning, opt to not choose the Standard Shipping (CTT), additional costs may apply.

Cash On Delivery (COD) has an additional cost (refund fee) for each order. Payment is made upon delivery (checks are not accepted).

Mainland Portugal:

CTT - from 1 to 3 working days, after order acceptance.

CTT Express - from 1 to 2 working days, after order acceptance.

(Shipping: Every Working Day)

CTT - Madeira Island: from 3 to 8 working days, after the order is accepted.

(Shipping: Every Working Day)

CTT - Azores Island: from 5 to 10 working days, after order acceptance.

(Shipping: Every Working Day)

These deadlines are indicative. For the Azores and Madeira, the deadlines may be extended depending on transport limitations.

Delivery times

Europe: - 3 to 15 business days.

Rest of the World: 5 to 30 business days.

There may be delays in deliveries, in case of incomplete address, Christmas break, August, strike or other unforeseen situation.
